BACK TOGETHER AGAIN SUNDAY: MAY 31st

We are back! After much prayer, guidance and preparation, we are excited to be returning to worship on our campus. As we begin gathering again with our church family, we want you to know that we are being very cautious about making this a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

If you have experienced any COVID-19-related symptoms in the last two weeks, or if you’re not quite ready to venture out, please join us for worship online on Facebook, YouTube, or rockhillbc.com from the comfort of your home.

WHAT PRECAUTIONS CAN I EXPECT FOR BACK TOGETHER SUNDAY?

Please know we are committed to protecting your health and safety and remain vigilant in taking every precaution possible. Thank you for remaining prayerful, faithful and flexible in these times. We do ask that you do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes before service begins to allow for cleaning between services.

Precautions Include:

Limited Seating
To ensure adequate social distancing, we will have seating for 50% of our Worship Center (300 people) for each service. We will also provide overflow seating in Room 105, 108, and the Foyer.

Increased Cleaning
Portions of the building, specifically worship areas and high-traffic areas, are thoroughly sanitized before, between and after services.

Mask & Hand Sanitizer Stations
Masks are not required, but should you feel more comfortable using one, we have one available for you at each entrance. Volunteers will be available at each entrance to spray your hands with liquid hand sanitizer that is safe for all ages.

Social Distancing
Proper distancing will be encouraged in service for your protection. We will not be putting tape down to mark distancing however we do ask that you respect others that do not wish to be close. If you feel more comfortable, we do encourage you to congregate outside in the open air before and after worship.

Touchless Environment
No worship area paper items will be available and offering plates will not be passed. All exterior and interior doors will be open for you by a volunteer.

HOW CAN I PROVIDE MY OFFERING?

In order to provide a “touchless environment,” offering plates will not be passed in our worship services. We will provide offering baskets as you exit the Worship Center or you may give online at rockhillbc.com/give or by texting rockhill to 73256.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FOR MY CHILD?

Out of the abundance of safety for your children and family, we will not be providing nursery care or kids ministry activities yet. However, Aron is providing “Praise Packs” for families to pick up as they enter the building. Please make plans to bring your children to the service with you. We will be keeping services to 45 minutes in length and are making plans for Kids Groups and nursery care to resume on June 14th.

WHEN WILL GROUPS MEET AGAIN?

We are making plans to have all Home Groups and on campus Sunday school classes to be meeting by June 14th.
