Coronavirus Resource Page

We want to update you on a few things we are doing in the weeks to come in response to COVID-19

1. We will continue to worship together via our Live Stream on Sundays at 8am, 9:30am, and 11:00am. Along with that we encourage you to continue in your weekly giving and to participate fully in our live stream worship services each week!

2. We want to give ourselves to personal and family prayer/Bible reading. We will be emphasizing 30/20/10 Prayer during these days. We would like to encourage you to use the ‘Praying in circles’ and ‘REAP Bible’ map for your times with God.

• Morning 30. We encourage you to spend the first 30 minutes of your day in prayer. Read the Scripture (you can use our REAP reading plan LINK). Seek the Lord; get your heart calm and confident in him and in his love for you. Submit yourself to him.

• Midday 20. Please take 20 minutes during lunch time to pray and seek God. Spend some time in worship and prayer as we seek the Lord’s presence and power to help us in this time of need, and ask God to revive his church and bring awakening to the world.

• Evening 10. Closeout the day in prayer for 10 minutes with your family. Consider reading a passage of Scripture and praying with your family. This could be a great season where we cultivate family prayer and restore the altars of our home.

3. Faith At Home - We believe that God established the home as the primary institute for discipleship to take place. As your church we want to come alongside your family as they grow towards Christ. It is our hope as a church to encourage, equip, and empower you with resources to supplement your time together at home. Please come here to find student, children, and parent resources each week. Use these resources as a family to help you leverage your time at home to grow towards Christ.

4. We want to live on mission with Jesus. We have friends who do not know Jesus, whose foundations are being shaken. We want to be present with the love and truth of Christ. Even during this unprecedented time we are not exempt from the great commission (Matt 28). So what does living out the Great Commission look like for you and your family during this season? Seek to share the good news with the lost and look to serve the vulnerable in this time. You can reach out to your elderly neighbors and seek to care for our senior saints in the church. If you are aware of a need in the community that we can help with please let us know by emailing [email protected] or call the office at (903) 852-6711
