Object Lesson: “Building a Strong Tower”
Materials: Building blocks or LEGO bricks
1. Gather the family and the building blocks.
2. Explain that just as the Church is united in Christ, you’ll work together in unity to build a strong tower.
3. Each family member takes turns adding a block to the tower, describing a way they can contribute to the unity of the Church.
4. As the tower grows, discuss how working together united for one purpose helps you to accomplish the plan. Discuss how God uses the church, working together to carry out His mission and good plan.
6. Relate this to the lesson’s main point, highlighting how unity makes the Church strong and united in Christ.
Remember, the adventure of exploring faith and unity continues beyond Adventure Club! Encourage your family to carry these lessons into your daily interactions, practicing unity and understanding among each other. Happy exploring!
